PDFs will often have, but not always, a stand alone cover page with the following pages appearing in pairs of left and right pages (spreads). How these pages sit next to one another can be crucial when reviewing or presenting a PDF within Acrobat.

- Activate this option if the document has a single, stand-alone cover page.
- Deactivate this option if the first page is part of a two page spread.
